VIBRATORY FILLERS

IAPACK vibratory fillers provide you the perfect blend of accuracy, speed, and versatility across a comprehensive line of linear net weigh feeders. With customized elements, including the hopper, feeder pan and control system, every IAPACK weight feeder is designed to handle the unique needs of precise weights – from small consumables such as nuts and coffees to industrial-use powders and chemicals in packaging sizes weighing up to 1 kilogram.

 

Single or multilane linear scale feeders designed to accurately dispense products into various packages.

 

 

CUP FILLERS

The IAPACK series of Volumetric Cup Filler Systems can be used to dispense a variety of dry free-flowing products such as beans, rice, pet food, pop-corn, candy, seeds and many more without any product degradation. Cups of varying sizes can be changed out within minutes to accommodate various products. A set of interchangeable telescoping cups can be adjusted semi-automatically via a hand crank or automatically via a motor to fine tune the fill weights.

 

All Volumetric Cup Fillers are designed to fill both low and high speeds; models will fill up to 325 in³ (size of a soccer ball) and speeds ranging from 30-80 packages per minute. Options are available to enhance production for your specific needs such as a conveyor, timing screw, Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) mount.

 

 

CHECKWEIGHERS

IAPACK Checkweighers specializes in the design and manufacturing of a comprehensive range of online, in production weighing and weight control equipment. Versatility is IAPACK’s strength; our checkweighers can be adapted to handle virtually every package, bag, carton, box and bottle. System integration is very simple for Alpha given its relative product lines of IAPACK and Avatar. In addition, integration with OEM metal detectors is common and highly encouraged when constructing production lines where quality and safety are held in high regard.

 

 

VERTICAL FORM FILL AND SEAL

Avatar, the latest edition to the IAPACK product line, helps customers meet their packaging needs with vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) machinery. Avatar is the perfect complement to IAPACK’s product feeders, auger fillers and checkweighers.  Avatar provides a complete vertical filling solution capable of handling any product that requires laminate film structures and polyethylene films.  A variety of filling methods are integrated with the Avatar line to package products such as spices and seasonings, flour based products, coffee, snack foods, candy, chemicals and liquids.

 

IAPACK takes great pride in providing packaging lines that incorporate all three phases of our business model. IAPACK’s capabilities are truly on display when an IAPACK auger filler, vibratory filler, or piston filler is mounted on an Avatar VFFS while the IAPACK Checkweigher validates proper functionality of the line.  Avatar willingly integrates combination scale net weigh systems that can easily be customized at the request of the customer.
